BGDB

ok results are out, so this will be a quick summary of academic life. the comments for the assignments seemed a lil condescending =P or maybe it was just me...

flat Ps for every criteria for both group and individual assignments. there were various bits a pieces that were off, but i guess the main thing for me was that i needed to add more to my part, rather than worrying about the word limit so much so early. i thort it would save time for later, which it did, but there wasnt enough depth in our report so i might as well leave everything in, and hope someone else can help me out next time to re-word it to make it more concise. also our reflection was kinda shotty, but that was mainly because we rushed it and forgot to read the assignment properly =P so that can be changed pretty easily next time.

individual made me realise that i cannot pull off the smart-ass style of assignmenting. i got shut down in a few parts for putting in the wrong information, believing that it was a super complicated way of explaining a relatively simple concept xP never again! lol. if i didnt freak out so much over the last week or so of the assignment, then i probably wouldnt have gotten a beat down, but oh well... still got solid marks for it =]

ive resigned to the fact that it is impossible for me to get a P+ in any assignments... i just cant do it. i either forget something, or i cant articulate it properly so it comes across very retardedly. oh well... hopefully il get better as we go on, but im not holding my breath =P and im not going for honours mostly because of the inordinate amount of effort required to be put into these assignments. sure theyre interesting, but theyre a bloody pain in the ass. il just keep concentrating on the tests since theres a greater sense of accomplishment =]

ok thats it. bye

-why are there so many decimal places? it just seems unnecessary considering it was 1 test =P

  1. lol heys, thought I'd comment on your blog instead of mine :P Yeh, I didn't really look into buying textbooks until 2nd sem, then went crazy and procrastinated by searching for international booksellers xD
Most of our cohort are using Guyton's actually, it's just that lecturers use Boron for pictures and it's a little more detailed; not to mention Boron, for some reason, isn't available online to keep (if you know what I mean. ;))
    Anyway, peace out.

    P.S. LOL @ Decimal places.
